Gmd Properties Llp is located in Vipul Business Park, specifically in office A/517. We are right in Sector 48, which is pretty easy to find because we are directly opposite Raheja Mall. If you’re ever stuck in traffic near the mall, you’ve probably looked right at the building where we work. We spend our time dealing with property listings and helping people figure out their next move in the real estate market. The business park is a busy place, and there are always people coming and going. Our office is just a regular workspace with some desks and a small area for meetings. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate sounding. We’re just people who know the local area well and want to help others find a decent place to live or invest. Working in Sector 48 means we see a lot of the new developments happening in Gurgaon first-hand. Sometimes we walk over to the mall for lunch when things are slow. Most days, though, we’re glued to our phones and computers trying to keep up with everything. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try to keep our approach down-to-earth. We don't make big promises we can't keep; we just tell people what we know and help them through the process as best as we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just take each property as it comes and try to be useful.
