You can find us at D 36/4 in Lane Number 4. We are on the Main Road in DLF City Phase 1, Gurgaon. It is a very easy spot to find because we are right near Frontier Bakery. Sometimes the smell of the cakes makes us hungry while we work. The shop is set up with a few stations for hair and beauty treatments. It is a regular Gurgaon street, so there is always something going on outside. We have been here for a few years now. The interior is just basic and functional. We don't have any of those expensive designer sofas. Just some sturdy chairs for the customers. We spend a lot of time doing hair cuts and styling. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We don't follow any corporate scripts when we talk to people. It’s just normal conversation about the weather or the traffic on the main road. The parking can be a bit tricky during the peak hours, so we tell people to come a bit early. We keep the place open six days a week. On Sundays, it gets really packed with families. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is a simple business. We don't try to be something we are not. We just provide a place for people to get their hair done without any fuss.
