Get Moksha Environmental Foundation

Get Moksha Environmental Foundation is located in the Workingham Business Centre. We are in the lower ground floor of Queens Plaza Shopping Complex, Block C, over in Sushant Lok 1. It’s a bit of a maze finding us the first time, but once you're in the LGF, it’s easier to spot the door. We care about the environment, plain and simple. We aren't activists shouting on the street or anything. Mostly we are just here in Gurgaon trying to figure out how to handle trash better or plant a few more trees where they’ll actually grow. The air here isn't always the best, as everyone knows, so we feel like we have plenty to do. Our office isn't very large. It’s filled with papers, some samples of recycled materials, and usually a few dusty boots from being out in the field. Sushant Lok is a busy spot, and being in a shopping complex means there’s always people walking by. We’ve been here a while now. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or posters. We just have a calendar with dates for when we need to get things done. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how work goes. We like being part of the 122002 community. If you’re ever near Queens Plaza, you might see us hauling bags or talking to the shopkeepers about waste. It’s not glamorous, but it is the work we chose to do every day in this city.
