If you come down Vivek Vihar Main Road to C-185, you will find our workshop. There is usually grease on our hands and a couple of cars parked out front waiting for parts. We have been fixing engines and sorting out brakes here for as long as I can remember. It is a greasy, loud environment, but we like it that way. We are not the kind of place with a clean waiting room and coffee machines. You usually just stand by the car and talk to us while we work. We have a lot of tools that have been with us for years, and they still do the job better than some of the new stuff. Some days are really hectic when three cars show up at once with different problems. We just take them one by one. It is a lot of troubleshooting and figuring out why a sound is happening or why a light is on. We tell people honestly if something is worth fixing or if they are better off leaving it. We have built a decent group of regulars who trust us not to overcharge them. The heat in the summer makes the work harder, but the shop stays open regardless. We do not have a big sign or any fancy lights. Just a bunch of guys who know their way around an engine and a workspace that has seen a lot of use over the years.
