You can find us at number 55 in Basai Kalan, Iradat Nagar. It’s a bit of a journey to get here, but it’s a good place for a company like Farmeta Agritech India. We are focused on agritech, which sounds like something from a science fiction movie, but for us, it’s just about using better tools for farming. Our office is a modest building in a local area. It’s not shiny or new; it’s a place where we actually do work. There’s usually some mud on the floor from someone coming in from the fields, and the desks are covered in notebooks and spare parts. We spend a lot of time out with the local farmers, seeing what they actually need. We aren't interested in selling people things they don't want. We just look for practical solutions to everyday problems on the farm. Sometimes our experiments don't work out, and we have to start over. That’s just how it is with technology and farming. We don't have a professional PR person to write our stories. We just tell it like it is. We’re a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing a piece of equipment. We like being in Basai Kalan because we are close to the people we serve. It’s an honest, hard-working environment, and we’re just trying to make things a little bit easier for everyone involved in farming.
