We are over at Plot 258 in Udyog Vihar Phase-I. It's a busy spot, mostly electronics and engineering work happening here every day. The place isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done. Some days the noise from the machines is a bit much, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been around for a while now, so we know the routine pretty well. We spend a lot of time looking at circuits and mechanical parts. Sometimes things break or don’t fit right, and we just have to sit there and figure it out until it works. It’s not always easy work, and the weather gets pretty hot in the summer, which makes the workshop feel like an oven. We usually just have our tea breaks out by the front gate when the sun goes down a bit. People stop by asking for this part or that repair, and we try to help them out if we have the right tools on hand. It is mostly just about keeping the orders moving and making sure nothing sits on the shelf for too long. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing with fancy meetings. We just talk over the desks or while we are working on the machines. It’s practical, it’s a bit dusty, and it’s how we’ve always run things here in the estate.
