Equalsign Foundation

Equalsign Foundation is based right in U Block, DLF Phase 3. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy U Block gets at all hours. We are at U 79/17. It's a lively area, lots of students and young workers everywhere looking for a future. We set this up because we felt things should be a bit more even for everyone. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls. We have a few desks and some chairs that don't always match. We spend our days answering phones and talking to people who come in. Being in DLF Phase 3 means there is always noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't experts at everything, but we try to listen. The 122002 pin code area is where we spend most of our lives. We’ve been here long enough to know the local tea stall owners by name. It’s a practical way to live, being right in the middle of all the action. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch because someone stops by with a problem that needs solving. We don't have a PR team or anyone to polish our words for us. This is just us, working out of a small space in Haryana. We keep the doors open as much as we can during the day. It’s hard work, but it feels right. People call us Equalsign because that's what we want to see more of in the world. It is as simple as that.
