Over at No. 139 N in sector 7-II of IMT Manesar, you’ll find us at ECOLITE TECHNOLOGIES. Being in an industrial area like Manesar means the surroundings are all factories and big trucks. It’s not exactly a scenic view, but it’s where things actually get made. Our building is pretty functional. We focus on technology that people actually use in their daily lives. Inside, it’s mostly concrete floors and rows of workstations. We don't spend much on decor because we’d rather have better tools. The team here is mostly local people who know their way around a production floor. We have our fair share of long days, especially when a big order needs to go out. The canteen food nearby is okay, but most of us bring lunch from home. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the construction in the sector, but we keep the inside clean enough. We don't really have a hierarchy here; if something needs to be moved or fixed, whoever is closest just does it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve had some tough weeks and some easy ones, but that’s the nature of being in a manufacturing hub. We aren't here to win awards for our office design; we're here to build stuff that works. It’s a simple setup, and it suits us just fine. People know where we are if they need us for anything industrial.
