We are tucked away behind the Subway in the Sushant Shopping Arcade, unit D-133. It’s on the ground floor, which is nice because nobody has to deal with elevators. Sushant Lok Phase 1 is a big area, and the arcade is usually buzzing with people getting food or doing their shopping. Our clinic is a bit quieter because we are in the back. It’s a family homeopathic clinic, so it’s a very low-key environment. We have shelves full of small bottles and a couple of desks where we sit and talk to people. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big hospital. We don't have a lot of staff, so you usually see the same faces every time you come in. The arcade has its own rhythm, and we’ve gotten used to the sounds of the shoppers and the delivery bikes outside. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most people just find us while they are at the arcade or because a friend told them where we are. It’s a simple setup with basic furniture and a focus on just doing our work. We enjoy being in this part of the city. It’s a comfortable little spot for us to run the clinic every day. We just open up and wait for the regulars to stop by for their remedies. It’s a peaceful way to spend the workday.
