Our clinic is tucked away on the 1st Floor of City Centre Mall, specifically at CS-123A. It is a bit different being inside a mall, but it actually works out well for people who are already out doing their shopping or seeing a movie. Dr Pauls Multispeciality Clinic Pvt Ltd has been in this mall for a while now. You just take the escalator or the lift up to the first floor and find us in the CS section. It is a climate-controlled environment, which is nice when it is very hot or rainy outside. The clinic itself is laid out in a way that fits into the mall’s building structure. We have several different rooms for various medical specialties and a place for people to sit while they wait for their turn. It does not feel like a typical hospital because you can hear the faint sounds of the mall music and people outside our doors. We get a mix of people—some who have planned their visit weeks ago and others who just realized they needed a checkup while they were at City Centre Mall for other things. It is a busy spot, especially on the weekends. We do not have any fancy bells or whistles; it is just a straightforward clinic where we provide medical help. The staff here is used to the mall life.
