We are located at Shop Number G 2 on the Main Road in Rajeev Nagar. This is in the Gurugram area of Haryana. Being on the main road means there’s always something happening outside. It’s very convenient for people to find us, but the parking can be a bit of a headache. The shop isn't very large. We’ve used every inch of space to store the various pharmaceutical products we handle. There’s a counter at the front where we talk to customers and distributors. Behind that, it’s mostly shelves reaching up to the ceiling. We have to use a small ladder to get to the top ones. It’s just a few of us working here. We handle the sales, the stock, and the cleaning ourselves. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We don't have a separate department for anything. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a customer has a question, we answer it. We see a lot of regulars from the Rajeev Nagar neighborhood. The traffic noise is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We keep a simple log of everything that goes in and out. It’s a straightforward shop life. We open up in the morning, do our work, and close up when the day is done. No frills, just medicine and local service for the folks in Gurugram. It keeps us busy all day.
