We are based over at House Number 249/9 in the Shiv Puri area of Gurgaon. It’s a busy neighborhood and the lanes can get quite cramped during the middle of the day. Denso Haryana Pvt Ltd has its office set up here in a building that looks like all the others on the street. You might miss it if you aren't looking for the number on the gate. It is a practical place for us to work. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and a lot of paperwork that seems to never end. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks and making sure everything is recorded properly. The walls are painted a simple cream color and we have a few old posters up. There is a small courtyard where we can stand and get some air when the office feels a bit too stuffed with boxes. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear the sounds of everyday life like kids playing or people cooking while we are working. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy lobby area with a TV. We just have our workstations and a place to make some tea. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while and we know the area well. The commute can be a bit of a pain because of the traffic on the main road, but once you get into the lane, it’s alright. We just focus on getting through the pile of work every day without making a big deal out of it.
