Our place is over at Plot No.43 in Sector-35, right in the Hsiidc area. If you know the industrial layout here, you know it can get a bit confusing with all the numbered plots. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time. It’s a decent-sized space, enough for our desks and the equipment we use every day. People think of electronics companies as being all shiny and chrome, but we’re just a regular office with regular people. We deal with various electronic bits and pieces. Some days are slow and we just catch up on paperwork, and other days the phones don't stop ringing. The weather in this part of the country really hits the building hard in the summer, so the AC is always running. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure nothing breaks. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or big events. It’s about the work on the bench and the emails in the inbox. You can find us easily if you follow the main road through the sector. There’s a tea stall not too far away that everyone goes to during the breaks. It’s a simple setup we have here. We like the routine of it. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to be reliable for the people who need what we do. That is the way we run things at Delta Electronics India.
