Delight Hair Transplant & Cosmetic Surgery Clinic is located at B-248 in Supermart-1. It’s the same block where a lot of other businesses are, so there’s always someone walking past the window. I usually arrive in the morning and start by checking the lights in the procedure room. Since we do things like hair transplants and surgery, those lights have to be just right. The room feels very sterile and clean, which is good, but the rest of the clinic is more relaxed. We have a few cupboards filled with supplies like gauze and gloves. The waiting area has some simple seating and a few mirrors on the wall. I think people like to look in them before they leave to check their hair. The Supermart-1 area can be quite loud with all the delivery bikes and shoppers, but we’ve put in some extra insulation on the windows to keep it down. I spend my time mostly organizing the tools and talking to patients about how long their session will take. Some of these procedures take a long time, so we have to make sure there’s enough water and some snacks nearby. It’s a focused kind of work. The walls are a neutral grey color, and we keep the floor polished. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about having a functional space where we can concentrate on the details of the surgeries without any distractions from the outside world. We just stay here until the last procedure is finished.
