We are situated at Plot No. 740 in Udyog Vihar V. This part of the city is always humming with activity since it’s a major industrial and business hub. Our building is a standard plot, nothing that really stands out from the outside. We have a sign by the door, but it’s a bit faded from the sun. Inside, Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a mix of desks, computer hardware, and a lot of shipping boxes. The space is used mostly for our daily operations, so it’s more practical than pretty. We have a lot of people coming in and out during the day, mostly delivery guys or technicians. The noise from the street can be quite loud, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We usually start the morning with a quick meeting around the main table to see what needs to be shipped out or fixed. The air conditioning works hard during the summer months to keep everything from overheating. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find someone at a desk. There’s a small area in the back where we store older equipment and spare parts. It’s a busy environment, and we’re often working right up until the gates close for the evening. It’s just the way things are in Udyog Vihar, everyone is always moving.
