Our office is located at F-133 in the Sushant Shopping Arcade, which is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. Being inside a shopping arcade means we are surrounded by all sorts of other businesses, from tailors to grocery stores. It is a lively place to work, and there is always something to see. We have been at this location for a while now, and we have gotten to know many of the other shop owners. Our space is small and filled with cabinets and a few desks. We handle property-related work for clients who are usually looking for something in Sector 56 or the nearby areas. The arcade can get quite busy on the weekends, but during the week, it is a bit more relaxed. We do not have a fancy interior design; it is just a functional workspace where we get things done. Most of our day involves making phone calls and meeting people who happen to be passing by the arcade. We keep a simple calendar on the wall to track our appointments. Sometimes the air conditioning in the arcade struggles in the summer heat, so we keep a couple of small desk fans going. It is a humble office, but it works for us. We do not try to sound like a big corporation because we are just a local team. People know where to find us when they need help.
