Consulting Engineering Services I Pvt Ltd has a spot in Gurgaon, specifically at House No 12-8 on the ground floor of the U Block in DLF City Phase III. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving in and out. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with elevators, and it’s easy to move equipment in and out. The office is pretty basic. We have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of technical books. Engineering is a detailed job, so we spend a lot of time checking and re-checking our work. We aren't the type to have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. We just have a kettle and some biscuits. The staff here is a mix of people who have been in the industry for decades and some newer faces. We don’t use any polished language to describe what we do. We just help people with their engineering needs, whether it’s for a small project or something bigger. DLF Phase III is always active, so there’s always something going on outside. We try to stay focused on the blueprints. It’s an honest living and we take the work seriously without making a big production out of it. It's just what we do every day. The parking around U Block can be a bit of a scramble, but we usually find a spot eventually.
