Columbia Asia Hospital

We are located in Palam Vihar, which is one of those established neighborhoods in Gurgaon. The hospital is easy to find if you’re familiar with the area. It’s a large building that sits among the houses and smaller local shops. The vibe here is a bit different than the high-rise, glass-and-metal parts of Gurgaon. It feels a bit more like a community spot where people know each other. The hospital stays busy throughout the day and into the night. We have a lot of people coming in from the nearby residential blocks. The entrance area usually has a few people standing around talking or waiting for their rides to show up. Inside, the floors are polished and the air is cool, which is a big relief when it’s 40 degrees outside in the summer. We have various departments spread out across the different levels of the building. It’s not the most modern place in the world, but it’s clean and it works for what we need to do. The staff is used to the daily rush. We see parents with their kids, older folks, and everyone in between. There’s a rhythm to the place, from the shift changes in the morning to the delivery trucks coming in the back with supplies. We don’t have any big flashy displays in the lobby. It’s just the reception desk and the seating area for waiting. We’ve been a part of Palam Vihar for a while.
