Child Neurologist Fortis Hospital

This office is situated in Sector 44, right across from the HUDA City Centre. If you know the metro station, you know exactly where we are. Being part of a big place like Fortis means there is always something going on. It’s a large building, and it can feel a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We work specifically in the neurology section for kids. My day is usually spent walking between the different rooms and checking on the schedule. It’s a lot of waiting and then a lot of rushing around. The lobby downstairs is always packed, but once you get to our area, it settles down a little bit. We have big windows that look out towards the city center, and it’s interesting to watch the crowds during rush hour. The walls are a neutral color, and we try to keep things as calm as possible since the stuff we deal with can be a bit stressful for the families. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just the necessary equipment and some chairs. The staff is mostly busy with their own tasks, so it’s not a very chatty place, but we get the job done. It’s a straightforward environment where the focus is just on the patients who are scheduled for that day. We stay pretty late most nights because the paperwork never seems to end.
