Cheesy Kneads

We are located at Shop No- 36 on Plot No- 01 in South City. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets really crowded on the weekends when everyone is out and about. Cheesy Kneads is basically just a small shop where we do all our work. We started here because we liked the neighborhood and the people are friendly. It’s not a giant factory or anything like that. It’s just us in a small space with our ovens and our counters. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on at once, but we make it work. The front window gets a lot of sun in the afternoon, so it stays pretty warm inside. We spend a lot of time cleaning up flour and tidying the shelves. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone telling us what to say. We just make what we make and hope the people in South City like it. Some days we run out of things earlier than we planned, and other days it’s quiet. That’s just the way it goes when you’re running a small local place. We know a lot of the regulars by name now. It’s nice to see the same faces every week. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent shop and keep things moving. It's a lot of long hours but we enjoy it.
