Chakresh Jain & Associates

Chakresh Jain & Associates is located down in the basement at Cb 1502 in Sushant Lok Phase 1. We are pretty close to the Sushant Vyapar Kendra, which is handy if we need to grab something quickly or get some tea from a nearby stall. Working from a basement has its ups and downs, like it stays a bit cooler when the Gurgaon sun is beating down outside, but we don't get much of a view. It’s a simple setup we have here with just enough space for our desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk about their projects. We deal with architecture and related work, so there are always lots of sketches and technical papers spread out everywhere. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a place where we sit and figure out how to build things. We spend a lot of our day looking at screens or chatting about site issues that come up. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just how it is in this area. We’ve been here for some time now and most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us through word of mouth. We don’t really do any big advertising or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the plans we have to finish. It’s a quiet way to work, tucked away from the main road noise.
