We’re located over in DLF Phase 3, specifically at S-25/2204. If you know where Neelkanth Hospital is, we’re right near there. It’s a handy landmark for people trying to find us the first time. Our day usually starts with checking on any animals that stayed overnight. It’s a routine that we’ve got down pretty well by now. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the fanciest hospital in the area. We just want to be the place where people feel okay bringing their pets. The building is functional. We have the rooms we need and the equipment to do the job. You’ll often find us in the middle of a conversation about a specific case or just catching a quick break between appointments. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just tell them what we see and what needs to happen. It’s a lot of practical stuff—checking temperatures, looking at eyes, and sometimes just sitting on the floor with a scared dog to get them to calm down. Working in Phase 3 means we see a lot of the same neighbors over and over. It feels like a small community even though the city is big. We keep things simple and just focus on the animals. That’s why we’re here, after all. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes it’s hard work, but we show up anyway and get on with it.
