You can find us at the Galleria Market in DLF City Phase IV. Our spot is 0sg81, which is right in the thick of things. Being in a market like Galleria means there is always noise and people walking by. It’s a different vibe than a quiet street. We get a lot of people dropping in while they’re out doing their shopping or getting a coffee. Since we’re a hospital, it’s mostly folks bringing their pets in for something. We’ve got a small team here. We know each other well and we know the pets that come in often. It’s not some big, impersonal place. When you walk in, you’re usually met by someone who’s been here for years. We spend a lot of time on the phone, setting up times for people to bring their dogs or cats in. The space isn’t huge, so we have to stay organized. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big promises. We just work. If an animal is sick, we try to help. If they need a shot, we give it. It’s straightforward. Some people stop by just to ask a question while they’re passing through the market. We don’t mind. It’s good to be part of the local scene here in Phase IV. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always the same: just taking care of the animals that come through the door. It gets busy, but we manage to stay on top of it.
