Cbs Industrial Project Private Limited is situated at H-1/28 in Palam Vihar Extension, Sector-23. Gurugram is a big, sprawling place, but we like being in this particular extension. It’s a mix of homes and small businesses, so there is always something going on. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or fancy coffee machines. It’s just a solid, practical workspace where we handle our industrial projects. The walls are mostly covered with charts and maps related to the work we do. Being in Sector-23 means we are close to a lot of the action, but our street is relatively calm. We have a couple of fans that stay on all day and a big water cooler in the corner. Everyone who works here has their own spot and we’ve all been together for a bit. We don’t spend much on advertising or making the place look like a magazine cover. We’d rather just focus on the folders and the technical details of the projects we are managing. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the mail arrives late, but we just roll with it. It’s an honest day’s work for us. We’re just a local team in Haryana trying to do a good job and keep our projects on track without any fuss.
