If you are looking for us, we are in Office No 7 on the second floor of Tara Complex in Udyog Vihar. This part of town is always moving. There are offices everywhere and people are constantly rushing around. Tara Complex is an older building, so it has that lived-in feel to it. The stairs have seen better days, but they get us to the second floor just fine. We spend most of our time inside the office working through various projects. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we don’t mind much. We share a lot of laughs during the day. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Udyog Vihar has a specific kind of energy, and we’ve become a part of it over time. There are plenty of food stalls downstairs where we grab samosas in the evening. We aren't a big foundation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who wanted to do something together. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just use that time to talk. It’s a very human way of working, and it keeps us grounded in reality. That is how we operate daily.
