BUCHER Hydraulics Pvt.Ltd. is based at Plot No.6, Sec-5 in the IMT Manesar area. Manesar is quite a hub for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by a lot of similar companies and large factories. Our building is dedicated to hydraulic systems, which means there is a lot of heavy metal and oil involved. The workshop floor is the heart of the place. We spend a lot of time assembling valves, pumps, and cylinders. It’s technical work that requires a lot of patience and clean hands, though they rarely stay clean for long. The air is thick with the sound of testing rigs and the occasional clanging of tools. We have a decent-sized team here, but it still feels like a local shop because we all know each other’s names. The commute to Sector 5 can be a bit of a crawl during peak hours, but that’s just part of working in an industrial township. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. Most of our "About Us" is just the fact that we show up every day and put these systems together. There’s a lot of checking and double-checking involved because hydraulics can be finicky if you don't get them exactly right. We keep a pot of tea going in the corner and try to stay on top of the production list. It's just a place where we do our jobs.
