Bros Corp Realty Llp is based at House No 7 A, inside Building No. 2 on The Hibiscus Avenue in Sector 50. It’s a nice enough spot in a busy part of the city. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group working out of this office. The Hibiscus Avenue area has its own vibe, and we’ve gotten quite used to the daily routine here. Most of our work involves real estate, which means we are either out looking at buildings or sitting here at House No 7 A going through contracts. The office is functional and gets the job done. We have enough space for our computers and a table where we can spread out the big site plans. It’s not a place with shiny logos or a fancy coffee machine. We usually just get some coffee from the place around the corner. We spend a lot of time talking to people about what they are looking for and then trying to find it in the local listings. Sector 50 is a good area to work in because it's central to a lot of the newer developments. We don't try to sound like we know everything, but we do know these streets and buildings pretty well. It’s just honest, everyday work, keeping track of the property market and making sure our records are right. We stay busy, keep things simple, and focus on the task at hand.
