Sector-40 is a busy part of the city, and being located in Greenwood City makes it a little easier for people to find our building. Our clinic is over in Block G, and honestly, it is a lot of waiting and talking most of the time. The atmosphere inside is usually quiet because people are often a bit nervous when they first come in. We spend a lot of time on the computers or talking to the doctors in the back rooms. The hallways at Bourn Hall International are clean, maybe a bit too white, but that is how health clinics usually are. Our staff is mostly focused on the paperwork and making sure the appointments do not run too late, though they almost always do. We see many different faces every day. Some people have been coming here for months, and you get to know their names and their stories after a while. It is a lot of responsibility handling health matters, so we try not to mess up the records. The parking lot outside gets full by ten in the morning, which is a big headache for everyone involved. Inside, we just try to keep things moving as best as we can. There is a small break room where we sit for ten minutes to eat quickly before the next person walks through the door. It is not a glamorous job, but it feels important. We are just here in Block G doing what needs doing.
