Krishna Maruti

Our place is in Binola. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city, but it’s where we’ve set up Krishna Maruti. The building is pretty large because we need the space for all the manufacturing stuff. It’s mostly industrial around here, so there aren’t many shops or places to eat. We usually bring our own tiffins. Inside, it’s a lot of metal and the smell of machines. We aren't big on decorations. There might be a calendar on the wall from three years ago that no one bothered to take down. We focus on getting the parts out on time. The shifts can be long, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We don’t have a big human resources department or a fancy breakroom with a TV. We just have a few benches and a water cooler. People in Binola know us as a place where people work hard. We don't spend money on shiny signs or polished floors. The concrete is cracked in a few places, but it doesn't bother anyone. We just keep the machines running and make sure the quality is okay. It’s not a complicated setup. We just show up every morning, do our bit for Krishna Maruti, and head back home to our families. That’s the way it’s been for years and it works fine for all of us. No one complains much.
