Bela Tsusho India Pvt Ltd. is located at House Number 276 in Sector-39, Gurgaon. It is another one of our spots in the city, and this one has its own particular feel. Sector-39 is a bit more spread out, and being in a house makes it feel less like a corporate grind. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers, and the walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we have scribbled to ourselves. It is the kind of place where you have to take your shoes off sometimes if the floor was just cleaned. We do not have any formal dress code, so you will usually see us in casual clothes just trying to stay comfortable while we work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps us stay focused on whatever projects we have going on. We get our lunch from the local tiffin service, and we usually sit out on the small balcony if the weather is not too hot. There is a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to the main work area, but we are used to it. We do not go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk like normal people and get the job done. It is an easygoing environment where everyone knows their role and nobody puts on airs. We have been in this Gurgaon sector for a while and it suits us just fine.
