Basic Enterprises Private Limited is located on the 5th floor of Plot No 44, inside the ABL Workspaces in Sector 44. Since we’re in a shared workspace, we don’t have a whole building to ourselves, but it works out well for what we need to get done. It’s a busy floor with a lot of different companies, so there's always something going on near the water cooler. We chose the name Basic because we don't like overcomplicating things. We just handle our business without a lot of extra drama or unnecessary steps. Being in Sector 44 is handy because everything is close by, from shops to places to eat. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We spend most of our day sitting around a few desks, hammering out whatever needs to be done. We don't have those "employee of the month" plaques or big motivational posters. That’s just not our style. We’re more likely to be arguing about where to order lunch from than talking about corporate strategy or growth plans. It’s a practical way to work. Some days we feel like we’re making great progress, and other days we’re just treading water, like any other small business out there. We don't promise anything impossible. We just put in the hours and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the people we work with, which is honestly enough for us most of the time.
