Base I Architects & Structural Consultants is located at house number 1337 in Sector 17C, Gurgaon. We are quite close to Iffco Chowk, which is a major landmark that everyone knows. The office is part of a residential-style building, which gives it a more relaxed and comfortable feel than a glass tower. We have a few rooms dedicated to different parts of the job—one for drafting, one for structural calculations, and a small space for meetings. The backyard has a bit of green, which is nice when we need to take a break from the screens. Most of our desks are cluttered with calculators, pens, and stacks of structural reports. It’s a quiet street for the most part, though you can hear the distant roar of the highway. We have been working out of this spot for a while, and it suits our needs perfectly. There’s no big sign out front, just a small plate with the name. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the sound of keyboards. We handle a lot of technical stuff here, so there are always code books and engineering manuals lying around. The light in the morning is great for working on drawings. It’s a very grounded kind of office where the focus is always on the task at hand rather than the decor. We like the convenience of being near the main road without being right in the middle of the chaos.
