Baking Cloud Private Limited

Baking Cloud Private Limited is based out of Villa No. 11 in Orchid Petals. It’s a residential area in Sector 49, right off the Sohna Gurgaon Road. Operating out of a villa is a bit different than a factory, but it works for what we do. The kitchen is always smelling like something is in the oven. Sometimes things get a bit messy with flour on the floor, especially when we have a lot of orders to finish by the afternoon. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of stores. It’s just this one spot on Plot No. 40. We spend a lot of time looking at recipes and trying to figure out why the oven temperature keeps dipping. It’s a small group of us working here. Most of the time, we are just busy packing boxes or checking the inventory. The traffic on Sohna Road can be a nightmare for deliveries, so we have to plan around that. It isn't a polished corporate setup. There are stacks of boxes in the corner and someone is always washing a tray. We just like baking things. We've been here for a while now. The neighbors know us by the smell of the bread. It’s a quiet street usually. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple life, really. Just making sure the cakes and breads come out okay every single day without too much fuss. We try to be careful.
