Being in Sector-14 Gurgaon means things are always moving fast. Ayurveda Cure The Wellness Clinic is tucked into this part of the NCR, and we see people from all walks of life. The clinic itself is quite simple. We didn't want a place that felt like a cold hospital, so it’s more like a regular office that’s been converted. The floors are easy to clean, which is good because we use a lot of oils and pastes. You’ll probably smell the herbs before you even see the sign. It’s a bit dusty outside because of the construction that always seems to be happening in Gurgaon, but we try to keep the dust out. There are a few chairs in the waiting area, but they’re not the most comfortable things in the world. We mostly just want to get people in and help them feel a bit better. The water cooler in the corner is usually popular because of the heat. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us answering the phones and keeping the records in big notebooks. We talk to everyone who comes in, whether they’ve been coming for years or just found us by accident. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't use many machines, mostly just our hands and the stuff we mix up in the back room.
