Avtron Overseas Private Limited

We are based out of Apartment 301 in Tower 4 of The Vipul Belmonte, right on Golf Course Road in Sector 53. It’s a bit of a different setup since it’s in a residential tower, but it works for us. Being in DLF Phase V means we are right in the middle of everything in Gurgaon. Avtron Overseas deals with stuff from all over, so the phones are often ringing at odd hours because of the time differences. Our workspace is pretty simple, just some laptops and a lot of notebooks. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. It's more of a quiet place where we can actually focus on the details of our overseas trades. Sometimes the internet acts up or the air conditioning makes a weird noise, but we just deal with it. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different countries, which can be exhausting. Often, we are just sitting around the table trying to figure out the best way to get a shipment from one side of the world to the other. The commute on Golf Course Road is usually a mess, so we tend to stay late to let the traffic clear out. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us making sure everything gets done properly. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra overhead of a big commercial office building.
