You can find Avion Power Tech Ltd. at 101, Ganpati Complex on Old Delhi Road in Sec-14. It’s a solid location, though the road outside can get incredibly jammed during the rush hours. Our office is up there in the complex, and it’s where all the planning for the power tech stuff happens. We have desks cluttered with diagrams and some spare parts lying around. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. It looks like a place where people actually work. We spend a lot of time on calls or coordinating with the technical teams. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there’s a constant hum of activity. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we’d rather just make sure the equipment we deal with is reliable. Sometimes the tea guy comes by, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We’ve been based in Sec-14 for a while now. Dealing with power technology means things can get technical, but we try to talk to our clients like regular people. We don't use a lot of jargon if we can help it. It’s just about getting the power systems working right. The air conditioning in the office works most of the time, which is good because it gets hot on Old Delhi Road. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. Some days are longer than others, but we get through it.
