AVIGAIN LENDING NIDHI LIMITED

We are based in Pundri, working with Malkhan Singh and Kewal Ram Teontha. Our office is a simple place where we manage the lending side of things. It is not located in some high-rise building; it’s just a ground-floor room that is easy for anyone to walk into. Most of our day is spent talking to people from the town who need a bit of financial help or want to start a small savings account. We have some old metal cabinets where we keep all the files organized. It is a bit of a manual system, but it has worked for us for years. We know the people who come in by their first names and often know their parents too. That is the thing about a place like Pundri; you can't really hide behind a desk. We have to be honest and straightforward with everyone. Sometimes we have to tell people no, which is the hard part of the job, but we try to be fair about it. The office can get a bit noisy when the market nearby is in full swing, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who handle everything from the cleaning to the accounting. It is a lot of work, but it feels good to be part of the local economy. We are just a small Nidhi trying to do right by the people here.
