Out here at the Narsinghpur Industrial Area, things move pretty fast most of the time. We are located right by the Six Kilometer Stone on the Delhi Jaipur Highway. It is a long stretch of road and you cannot really miss the industrial zone if you are driving that way toward the city. Avery Dennison (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this specific spot for quite some time now. The building itself is quite large because we have a lot of heavy equipment and materials to move around every day. It is an industrial setting, so there is almost always the sound of trucks and loud machinery in the background. We spend our days managing the floor and making sure the rolls of materials are getting moved where they need to go. It gets really hot out here during the summer months, but we just keep at it and do the work. The highway is always busy with traffic going between Delhi and Jaipur, which makes getting supplies in and out a bit of a process sometimes. We have a lot of staff coming in on different shifts to keep the whole place running. It is not the kind of place you would visit for a chat, it is a working site through and through. We focus on the daily tasks and the physical work that needs doing. There is a lot of space for storage and the loading docks are usually full.
