Atradius Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located at Plot No. 276 on the first floor. We are in Phase 2 of the HSIIDC area in Sector 3. This is a very industrial part of the region, so there are always warehouses and factories around us. Being right on the main road is helpful because it makes it easy for the trucks and delivery drivers to find the building. The office itself is up a flight of stairs that we walk up and down many times every single day. It is a functional space with plenty of light coming in from the front windows. we keep our pharmaceutical supplies organized in the back section of the floor. This isn't a place for fancy meetings or showing off. It is a place where we get our work done. We have a few computers that stay running and a printer that is always humming in the background. Our staff is quite small, and we have all worked together long enough to know how everyone likes to do things. We don't have a marketing team or an HR department. We just have people who know how to manage inventory and handle orders. The industrial area can be quite dusty and noisy with all the engines and activity, but we just focus on the list of tasks for the day. It is a very practical way to run a pharmaceutical business, and it works for us.
