Our office is at house number 996 in Sector 38. We’re tucked right behind Medanta, which makes it easy to find if you know the area. Athena Land And Real Estate Llp is basically a local setup where we handle plots and buildings around this part of town. It gets pretty busy around here because of the hospital traffic, but we like the neighborhood. We started this because we know the local land market pretty well after living here so long. It’s just us doing the daily grind, checking on properties and talking to neighbors who want to sell or rent. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a regular space where we sit and get through the paperwork. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office. Sector 38 has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it happen first-hand. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in. There’s a lot of walking involved in this job, looking at boundaries and checking documents. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We don’t use any complicated systems, just some notebooks and a decent computer. Being behind Medanta means we get a lot of people asking for directions too. We just do our best to help out with property needs without making things more complicated than they need to be. It's a small team here and we just keep things moving.
