If you drive down Nh-8 near Bawal, you’ll find us out in Village Jaliawas at 94/4. Asahi India Glass Ltd is a big place, but it feels like home once you’ve spent enough time here. The highway is always humming with traffic, which is just part of the background noise for us now. Working with glass means you have to pay attention. It’s hot sometimes, and the machinery never really stops, but that’s the nature of the work. We’ve got a lot of people coming in and out every shift. It’s a busy spot. We aren't really the type to sit around and talk about goals or visions. We just focus on the glass. Every day is about making sure the lines are running and the quality is what it needs to be. Being out here in Jaliawas means we’re a bit away from the city chaos, though the highway keeps us connected to everything. You see the same faces every morning, grab a tea, and get to it. Some people think glass is just glass, but when you work here, you see it differently. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and careful eyes. We just try to keep things simple and get the work done right. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just know our spot on the map and keep the wheels turning. There is plenty to do every day, and we just get on with it.
