Arosin Realties Private Limited

Arosin Realties Private Limited is based out of 1244 in Sector-29, over in Alpha International City. It is a bit of a newer area, so things are still developing around us. Our office is a simple setup. We did not see the point in getting a massive space when it is just a few of us handling the daily operations. We spend a lot of time checking on things around the sector. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We are not some big corporate entity with branches everywhere. We are just here, in this one spot, doing what we do. Our desks are usually piled with maps and documents. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. People in Alpha International City might have seen us walking around or driving through. We have been part of this community since we set up shop here. There is no big marketing team behind us, just us writing our own notes and answering our own phones. We like the direct approach. If there is a problem, we fix it. If there is a question, we answer it as best as we can. It is a very practical way to run a business. We do not use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just work out of 1244 and try to be helpful to whoever comes through the door.
