Arise Now Wake Up Now Foundation sits on Plot No. 176 in Sector 52. We’ve been in this part of Gurugram for a bit now. The name sounds a bit intense, but we’re actually pretty quiet people once you get to know us. We just think people should pay more attention to what’s happening around them in their own streets. Our building isn't anything special to look at. It's just a regular spot in Sector 52 where we do our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with folks from the neighborhood. It's a local thing, really. We aren't some big organization with offices in every city. It’s just us here in Gurgaon, 122001. Some days the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s life here. We don't have fancy brochures or websites. If you want to know what we do, you just have to ask. We try to help out where we can, whether it’s helping a kid with school stuff or just giving some advice on a problem. It’s practical, everyday help. The street outside can get pretty dusty, but we keep the inside as tidy as we can. We’ve lived in Haryana most of our lives, so we know how things work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We're just here at Plot 176, doing what we can for the people nearby. It feels like enough for us to keep busy and helpful.
