We set up Arete Pharmacare Private Limited a while back. Our office is over on the fourth floor of C 1620 in Sushant Lok Phase 1. If you know Gurugram, you know this area is always busy. We mostly deal with getting pharmaceutical products where they need to go. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us working here in Haryana. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but we make it work. We handle the paperwork and the distribution side of things for the meds. People ask why we picked the fourth floor, and honestly, it was just the space available at the time. We try to keep things organized. Living and working in Gurgaon means traffic is a part of the daily life, but being here in Phase 1 helps us stay connected to the local vendors. We don't do anything fancy. It's just about getting the stock in and sending it out to the shops that need it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking boxes. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors are alright. It gets hot in the summers, especially up on this floor, but we have the fans going. It’s a straightforward business. No big corporate speeches here, just the daily grind of running a pharma company in a crowded city. We've got our routine down and we just keep at it day by day.
