Aot Realty Private Limited

Our office for Aot Realty Private Limited is down in the basement at 2822 in Sector-57. It's right off the Golf Course Extension Road, so the location is actually pretty convenient even if we are below ground level. It stays a bit cooler down here which is nice when the sun is beating down outside. We've been working in real estate around this part of Gurgaon for quite a while. The area has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up. We try to keep track of it all so we can give people straight answers when they ask about a specific block or a new development. We aren't fancy people. We wear comfortable shoes because we spend half our day walking through construction sites or looking at empty flats. Our desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and old notebooks. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us, we just handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If you need someone to look over a lease or find a spot near the main road, we usually have some ideas. It’s mostly just us chatting with neighbors and trying to make sure the paperwork is sorted out properly. We know the shortcuts around Sector-57 and which buildings have the best parking. That kind of local knowledge is really all we have to offer. It is just a few of us here making sure things get done.
