Our shop is located at B-10 on the first floor of the Shopping Plaza in South City-2. It’s right there in the Shopping Arcade, so there are always people walking by. Being in Gurugram, specifically in a place like South City-2, means things are always changing. One day a new store opens, the next day they’re fixing the pavement outside. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and it’s a small but functional space. It isn't a massive warehouse or anything, just a cozy unit where we handle our daily operations. We get a lot of natural light coming in through the front, which helps keep the mood up when things get busy. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a pretty good feel for the local neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job and make sure everything is handled the way it should be. You can usually find us here from Monday to Saturday, just keeping things organized. The plaza is a good place to be because everything you need is right within walking distance. We might not have a fancy lobby, but we have a solid workspace and a team that knows what they’re doing. It’s just a practical setup for a practical business. We try not to worry about the small stuff and just keep our heads down.
