Amitt Krit Foundation

Amitt Krit Foundation is based out of Ridgewood Estate in DLF City, Phase IV. We’re located in Tower 2, C145, in care of Miss Harleen Kaur. It’s a busy apartment complex, so there’s always people moving in and out with their groceries or kids. We aren't a big shop with a sign out front or a fancy lobby. It’s more of a personal project that grew into something a bit more formal over time. We work from this space because it’s where we are. We handle everything from the kitchen table or the small desk in the corner. It’s very much a grassroots thing. Being in Ridgewood Estate means we are right in the heart of things in Gurgaon. We spend our time coordinating with different people to get things done. It might be helping someone find a school for their child or organizing a small food drive for the workers nearby. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few dedicated people who help out when they have a spare hour. Sometimes the building security asks a lot of questions when visitors come, but that’s just how it is living here. We aren't trying to be a huge name. We just want to be helpful in a practical way. The apartment gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork sometimes. We try to keep it organized, but life happens and things get messy. It’s an honest way to work, right where we live and breathe.
