Airport Motel

We’ve been running things out of House No.1152 in Sector-10A for quite some time now. Gurgaon is a place that never really stops moving, but our little corner here stays relatively steady. The house itself is a standard build, nothing that would make you stop and stare, but it serves its purpose for anyone needing a spot near the airport. The pin code 122001 is where we receive all our mail, though sometimes the postman gets confused with the other blocks. We don’t have a fancy reception area with marble floors. Instead, there’s just a simple desk and a couple of chairs where we sit and talk to folks. You can hear the planes overhead every now and then, which reminds us why we’re here. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you’ll see people walking their dogs or kids playing in the street in the evenings. We try to keep the rooms tidy and the sheets clean, but we don’t pretend to be a five-star hotel. It’s just a motel run by a few of us who live nearby. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and basic snacks if someone is hungry. Most people who find us are just looking for a practical place to rest before a long flight. It’s honest work, and we just take it day by day. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the big sector gate and we are a short drive from there.
