A & A Labels

A & A Labels is based out in Udyog Vihar, specifically Phase-V. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly industrial, and our spot at 468/469 fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. This part of town is all about production and getting things shipped out. The building we are in is built for work. We have our label machines running quite a bit, and the sound of them becomes like background music after you’ve been here for an hour or two. It’s a dusty part of the city, especially with all the trucks moving around the phase-V streets. We have a good amount of space here, which we need for the rolls of paper and the printing equipment. The office part is just a few desks squeezed in where they fit. We don't have fancy carpets or a lobby. It’s more about the workshop floor where the actual labels get made. We spend our mornings checking the ink and making sure the machines are behaving. The air in Udyog Vihar always feels like work, if that makes sense. There are always people in uniforms or laborers moving past our gate. We’ve been at this address for a while and the routine doesn't change much. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby stall or brought from home. Then it’s back to the labels until the sun starts to go down over the industrial sheds. It’s a simple, hardworking life here in the phase.
