Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Eros Corporate Park in Block K, right in the middle of IMT Manesar. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy industrial hub with a lot going on. Being in sector 2 puts us close to many factories and businesses, which makes sense for what we do with the environment. The office number is 328. It’s a standard workspace with a few desks and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend our days thinking about how to handle waste and keep things a bit cleaner around here. Manesar can be quite dusty and crowded, so there’s always plenty of work to do. We aren't a huge organization with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who care about the local surroundings. The building is usually buzzing with people from different companies, but our corner stays relatively focused. We spend a lot of time out in the field too, not just sitting behind desks. It's a lot of practical, hands-on work. We talk to factory managers and local workers about how to manage their impact on the land. Sometimes the elevator in the park takes forever, but that's just how it is. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this place. It's an honest living and we try to do our bit for the environment every single day.
